Our state-of-the-art infrastructure comprises of well established manufacturing unit and competent workforce. Our unit is located in Wazirpur, Industrial Area, Delhi. Our manufacturing process is streamlined to reduce cost and time associated with the production. The initial stage involves sourcing of the Raw Material from trusted vendors across the country. Once the raw material inspected and approved by quality control department, it is further sent for the production. Production of the components start with press work which involves blanking / piercing, punching, trimming, etc. The workpiece is then subjected to various Machining Process such as drilling, boring, chemfering, etc. At this stage a visual inspection is conducted and finally approved products are moved forward for Heat Treatment Process (hardening/tempering). This stage of production is followed by Color Coding, Sub Assembly and Final Assembly of the components. A series of inspections and tests are conducted before Packing / Dispatch.

We follow an entirely different process for finished raw materials that are sourced for assembling various automobile components. An in-house inspection is performed for each batch of procured raw material. Once the material is approved, it is sent for Color Coding which is followed by Sub Assembly and Final Assembly. Finished components are inspected on different industry parameters prior to Packing / Dispatch.

We have state-of-the-art testing facilities to deliver value engineered clutch components and clutches. The sophisticated testing machines / equipment help us to evaluate the feasibility of raw materials and check product quality at different stages of production. Stringent quality checks guarantee international standard products with high performance. Moreover, our testing facilities also assist us in research & development of innovative and new products.
